Four Palestinians killed in Gaza as ceasefire is repeatedly violated
Israeli attacks continue despite truce, leaving millions of Palestinians trapped under siege and worsening humanitarian conditions
GAZA, Palestine (MNTV) — Four Palestinians were killed and 14 others injured in Gaza over the past 24 hours as Israeli forces continued to violate the ceasefire, highlighting the ongoing human cost of the offensive even during officially declared pauses in fighting.
The Ministry of Health in Gaza reported that some victims remain trapped under rubble or in streets, with emergency teams unable to reach them due to continuous shelling and military operations.
The previous day, three Palestinians were killed and 14 injured when Israeli aircraft struck a vehicle in Khan Yunis, underscoring the disregard for the truce.
Since the ceasefire came into effect on October 11, 2025, at least 677 Palestinians have been killed and 1,813 injured, while total deaths since the start of Israel’s October 7, 2023 assault now exceed 72,000, with nearly 172,000 wounded.
Gaza’s population of over 2.4 million faces severe shortages of food, water, and medicine amid widespread destruction, displacement, and what local authorities describe as a deliberate policy of starvation and subjugation.
Gaza officials reported more than 2,000 violations of the truce, including shelling, gunfire, home demolitions, and incursions into residential areas, with 99 percent of casualties being civilians, including children, women, and the elderly.
Aid deliveries remain drastically restricted, with only 40 percent of expected trucks entering the enclave and fuel shipments at 14 percent of required levels. The Rafah crossing continues to operate intermittently, further limiting movement and access.
Authorities warned that ongoing restrictions and attacks are creating a deliberate humanitarian crisis and called on the US, UN, and international community to enforce the ceasefire, ensure civilian protection, and allow the immediate delivery of aid and fuel to Gaza.
