Medical sources report fresh deaths, including six-year-old girl, while Israeli forces continue firing across coastal and residential areas
GAZA, Palestine (MNTV) — Israeli attacks killed two Palestinians and wounded five others across the Gaza Strip, while a six-year-old girl and another man died from injuries sustained in earlier Israeli attacks, according to medical and civil defense sources.
According to Anadolu Agency, the latest attacks took place across northern and southern Gaza, with Israeli troops, aircraft and naval forces continuing to inflict casualties despite a ceasefire that has been in effect since October 2025.
In northern Gaza, Israeli troops shot dead 28-year-old Mahmoud Samih al-Harsh on al-Hawja Street in Jabalia refugee camp, medical sources told Anadolu.
In southern Gaza, another Palestinian was killed in an Israeli strike near al-Alam roundabout in the al-Mawasi area of Rafah. His body was later recovered.
Six-year-old Tahani Mohammed Saeed Shalalfeh died from injuries sustained when Israeli forces opened fire in al-Mawasi on Monday. Ahmed Yassin Bseiso also succumbed to wounds from an Israeli strike on al-Thawra Street in central Gaza City.
Further attacks injured Palestinians in several locations. A fisherman was wounded by shrapnel from a bomb dropped by an Israeli drone off Khan Younis, according to civil defense sources.
Israeli gunfire also wounded two Palestinians in separate incidents in Qizan Rashwan and east of Hamad City.
Two additional Palestinians, including a child, were wounded by Israeli fire east of the Bureij refugee camp in central Gaza, a medical source at Al-Awda Hospital said.
Israeli naval vessels also shelled and fired machine guns toward Palestinians on the beach near al-Shati refugee camp, west of Gaza City, according to local sources.
The continuing attacks have added to the devastation caused by Israel’s genocide in Gaza since October 2023.
Anadolu cited Palestinian figures reporting more than 74,000 Palestinians killed and over 175,000 wounded during the war, alongside widespread destruction of civilian infrastructure.
More than 1,500 Palestinians have reportedly been killed in Gaza since the ceasefire took effect in October 2025, underscoring the deadly toll of continued military operations despite the truce.
