The Palestinian Red Crescent Society said its crews treated two 24-year-old men and transferred them to hospital.
Local sources told Anadolu that Israeli forces raided the town of Awarta, southeast of Nablus, firing live ammunition, tear gas and stun grenades.
Clashes broke out with Palestinian youths during the raid.
