UAE landmarks earn place among world’s top tourist attractions
Burj Khalifa, Louvre Abu Dhabi and Qasr Al Watan feature in Trip.Best's Top 100 Global Attractions for 2026
ABU DHABI, UAE (MNTV) — Three iconic landmarks in the United Arab Emirates have been included in Trip.Best’s Top 100 Global Attractions & Experiences 2026, highlighting the country’s growing appeal as a leading international tourism destination.
Burj Khalifa, Louvre Abu Dhabi and Qasr Al Watan were recognized in the annual list, which evaluates attractions based on verified visitor reviews, booking popularity, service quality and overall visitor experience.
While only the top 20 attractions received numerical rankings, the three UAE sites were listed among the remaining 80 outstanding destinations.
The landmarks also secured places in Trip.Best’s Top 100 Attractions & Experiences in Asia. Burj Khalifa ranked 16th, followed by Louvre Abu Dhabi in 17th place, while Qasr Al Watan was included without an individual ranking.
The global list features some of the world’s most renowned destinations, including the Louvre Museum in Paris, the British Museum in London, the Palace Museum in Beijing, the Colosseum in Rome and the Sagrada Familia in Barcelona.
The recognition adds to a series of international accolades received by UAE tourist destinations this year.
Zayed National Museum was recently named among the world’s most beautiful museums by Prix Versailles, Saadiyat Beach ranked among the world’s top beaches, and Burj Khalifa was also recognized in a separate study as the world’s most Instagrammable landmark.
The latest rankings reinforce the UAE’s position as a major global tourism hub, reflecting continued investment in cultural institutions, architectural landmarks and visitor experiences.
