Pakistan launches Operation Bunyan-un-Marsoos, strikes key Indian targets
Pakistan launched ‘Operation Bunyan Ul Marsoos’ as it fired ballistic missiles at India in a pre-dawn strike on Saturday
ISLAMABAD (MNTV) — Pakistan launched an extensive retaliatory strike against India, targeting critical military installations and infrastructure under its operation Bunyan-un-Marsoos.
PTV News and Radio Pakistan announced that the Pakistani military struck and destroyed a storage site housing Brahmos missiles in India’s Beas region.
In a statement, Pakistan’s military reported that the operation targeted multiple locations in India.
Notably, PTV News reported that the Pakistan Air Force’s (PAF) JF-17 Thunder jets launched hypersonic missiles, destroying India’s S-400 air defence system in Adampur.
The S-400 system, valued at approximately $1.5 billion, was among India’s most advanced defence assets.
Major targets hit under Operation ‘Bunyan-un-Marsoos’ according to Pakistani sources:
- India’s power grid: 70% inoperative following a cyber attack.
- S-400 air defence system: Destroyed by PAF’s JF-17 in Adampur.
- Military intelligence training centre in Rajouri: Allegedly responsible for orchestrating terrorism in Pakistan.
- KG Top Brigade Headquarters and Uri field supply depot.
- Multiple airfields: Including Udhampur, Pathankot, Adampur, Suratgarh, Sirsa, and Bhatinda.
- Artillery gun position: Dehrangyari.
- Brahmos missile storage site: Beas.
- Akhnoor aviation base.
The Pakistani military has declared that these actions are in response to India’s earlier escalation, with the aim of neutralizing key strategic assets and deterring further aggression.
