Algeria unveils National Strategy for Digital Transformation 2030
Program aims to boost connectivity, digital governance, and economic growth through nationwide modernization
ALGIERS, Algeria (MNTV) – Algeria has unveiled its National Strategy for Digital Transformation 2030, outlining a comprehensive framework to accelerate the country’s transition toward a digital economy.
The program, announced during an information day titled “Towards a Digital Algeria 2030,” sets five core pillars: infrastructure, human capital, digital governance, digital economy, and digital society.
Led by the High Commissioner for Digitization, Meriem Benmouloud, the strategy emphasizes inclusive participation from ministerial bodies, experts, and economic stakeholders.
“This strategy is based on improving the well-being of citizens and institutions by facilitating operations and providing accessible, high-quality digital services,” Benmouloud said.
The strategy is also designed to promote transparency, improve administrative efficiency, and ensure sustainable socio-economic development through technological integration.
