Palestinian man was killed and another wounded when an Israeli drone fired two missiles at the entrance of a home
GAZA CITY, Palestine (MNTV) – A Palestinian man was killed and another wounded Tuesday evening when an Israeli drone fired two missiles at the entrance of a home east of the Nuseirat refugee camp in central Gaza, in the latest attack since a ceasefire took effect last October.
Medical sources identified the killed man as Abdulrahman al-Shaafi, whose body was transferred to Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital in Deir al-Balah. A second person wounded in the strike was taken to Al-Awda Hospital; the severity of their injuries was not immediately specified.
Since the ceasefire came into effect on October 10, 2025, Israeli attacks and gunfire have killed around 856 Palestinians and injured 2,463 others, according to Gaza’s Health Ministry.
The truce followed two years of war launched by Israel on October 8, 2023, which killed more than 72,000 Palestinians, wounded over 172,000 and destroyed an estimated 90 percent of civilian infrastructure across the territory.
