UAE’s e& named world’s fastest mobile network for fourth time by Ookla
The telecom giant also secures top rankings for 5 G and fixed broadband performance in 2025
ABU DHABI, UAE (MNTV) — The UAE-based telecommunications company e& has been recognized as the World’s Fastest Mobile Network for 2025 by global network intelligence firm Ookla, marking the fourth time the company has earned the prestigious title—an unmatched feat in the industry.
The announcement was made by e& Group CEO Hatem Dowidar, who described the achievement as a “Fantastic-4 moment” for both the company and the UAE.
Dowidar credited the company’s continued success to its vision, rapid innovation, network reliability, and unwavering determination.
In addition to securing the global title for mobile speed, e& UAE was also named the World’s Fastest 5G Network and the Fastest Fixed Broadband Network in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region for 2025.
