SUPREME COURT DECLINES TO HEAR APPEAL OF A REGRETFUL ISIS MEMBER
The U.S. Supreme Court refused to hear the appeal of a woman who left Alabama to join ISIS, but then decided she wanted to return home.
The justices declined to consider the appeal without comment Monday.
Twenty-seven-year-old Hoda Muthana was born in New Jersey and grew up near Birmingham.
