Vodafone Oman partners with Riyada to support SME growth through digital innovation
Initiative launched in Dhofar aims to equip small businesses across Oman with tools to thrive
SALALAH, Oman (MNTV) — Vodafone Oman and the Small and Medium Enterprises Development Authority (Riyada) have launched a collaborative initiative to accelerate SME growth across the Sultanate, beginning with a regional business event held in Dhofar that brought together more than 150 small businesses.
The event provided a platform for entrepreneurs to network, exchange ideas, and explore how digital tools can drive transformation and competitiveness in a changing market landscape.
Vodafone presented a range of customized business solutions for SMEs, including BLACK for Business mobility plans with preferential rates for Riyada cardholders, MaxImpact Messaging for large-scale communication needs, and advanced cybersecurity services.
“For us at Vodafone Oman, it’s never just about the resources we provide; it’s about the opportunities they unlock,” said Eng. Mohammed Al Alawi, Head of Enterprise at Vodafone Oman. “This partnership with Riyada reflects our commitment to helping SMEs reach their potential and contribute to Oman’s economic progress.”
Khalfan Al Khatri, Acting Director of the Marketing and Events Department at Riyada, emphasized the importance of providing SMEs with visibility and access to meaningful partnerships.
“Our collaboration with Vodafone is focused on turning our belief in SME empowerment into tangible results,” he said.
The initiative, launched under Vodafone’s “Live it Right” campaign, is part of a broader effort to strengthen the SME ecosystem nationwide through targeted events and digital enablement strategies.
The two partners aim to help small businesses across Oman adapt, innovate, and achieve sustainable growth.
