Visit Qatar, MELT Live announce major entertainment partnership
New collaboration to launch FuelFest and Golf Classic in 2026, positioning Qatar as global lifestyle and culture hub
DOHA, Qatar (MNTV) — Visit Qatar has signed a landmark multi-year partnership with MELT Live to host internationally recognized entertainment events, strengthening the country’s reputation as a leading destination for global culture and lifestyle experiences.
The agreement was formalized in Doha by Saad bin Ali Al Kharji, Chairman of Qatar Tourism and Chair of Visit Qatar, and Steve Harvey, Chairman of MELT Live Events and renowned global entertainer.
The collaboration will introduce two flagship events in 2026 — FuelFest Qatar, a dynamic festival merging car culture with live music, and The Golf Classic by Steve Harvey, a high-profile tournament combining sport, entertainment, and celebrity participation.
Both events are expected to attract international audiences and expand Qatar’s growing entertainment calendar.
Al Kharji said the partnership reflects Qatar’s ambition to diversify its event offerings and deliver world-class cultural experiences.
“By bringing distinctive global events like FuelFest and the Golf Classic to Doha, we are reinforcing Qatar’s role as a premier hub for innovation, creativity, and international engagement,” he said.
Steve Harvey expressed enthusiasm for the initiative, describing it as “a new chapter of collaboration and celebration.” He added, “These events go beyond entertainment — they’re about connecting people, honoring culture, and creating unforgettable memories.”
Officials noted that this signing marks the start of a long-term collaboration between Visit Qatar and MELT Live, with additional events already in development.
The partnership aims to enhance cultural exchange, attract global visitors, and showcase Qatar’s hospitality and modern entertainment landscape.
