RIYADH, Saudi Arabia (MNTV) — Saudi Arabia inaugurated the INTERPOL Future of Policing Congress 2025 in Riyadh, bringing together delegations from 40 countries and multiple security organizations to discuss the evolving landscape of global law enforcement and the role of technology in combating modern crime.
The two-day conference, held at Naif Arab University for Security Sciences (NAUSS) in partnership with INTERPOL, focuses on enhancing international cooperation, developing advanced policing strategies, and exploring innovations reshaping security systems worldwide.
Senior Saudi officials, including Acting Vice Minister of Interior Prince Abdulaziz bin Mohammed bin Ayyaf, attended the opening session, reaffirming the Kingdom’s commitment to strengthening global security collaboration through knowledge exchange and technology-driven solutions.
In his remarks, Dr. Abdulmajeed Albanyan, President of NAUSS, underscored the university’s role in preparing future security leaders and improving decision-making through academic and professional training initiatives.
He extended gratitude to Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Naif, Minister of Interior, for his continued support of NAUSS programs.

He noted that these developments demand heightened technical readiness, strategic foresight, and coordinated global action to effectively counter emerging threats.
The Riyadh congress highlights Saudi Arabia’s growing influence in shaping international dialogue on policing modernization and its efforts to foster innovation within the global security community.
