Saudi Arabia to host over 150 business events at Osaka Expo 2025
Kingdom to spotlight Vision 2030 goals through investment, culture, and sustainability forums
TOKYO, Japan (MNTV) — Saudi Arabia will stage more than 150 business events at its pavilion during Expo 2025 Osaka, aimed at deepening global partnerships and advancing dialogue on investment, sports, sustainability, and development.
According to the organizers , the events, scheduled between September 4 and October 7, will bring together government officials, corporate leaders, and industry experts to strengthen international collaboration.
Organizers said the pavilion is designed as a platform for “impactful engagement,” positioning Saudi Arabia as a hub for innovation and global cooperation.
Several activities will highlight the Kingdom’s national identity and development ambitions under Vision 2030, including a week of special programs from September 19 to 24 marking Saudi Arabia’s 95th National Day. All business events will be supported with live Japanese translation to enhance participation.
Qiddiya, one of the Kingdom’s major giga-projects, will host multiple panels between September 4 and 12. Topics include “The Rise of Esports as a Top Sport,” “Saudi Women as Gaming Leaders,” “The Future of Art Cities,” and a lecture on the upcoming Qiddiya Performing Arts Center.
Other sessions will explore the role of innovation in redefining play, the impact of mobility on human connections, and the use of global intellectual properties in shaping Qiddiya City.
The Royal Institute of Traditional Arts will also contribute to the program with a September 27 panel on sustainable practices, focusing on Saudi Arabia’s traditional mudbrick building techniques.
Open daily from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., the Saudi Arabia Pavilion will serve as a central meeting point for cultural exchange, economic dialogue, and global partnerships throughout the Expo.
