Pakistan, Bahrain pledge to enhance military cooperation
Leaders discuss regional security, joint defense initiatives, and bilateral ties
RAWALPINDI, Pakistan (MNTV) — Pakistan and Bahrain have reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening defense collaboration, focusing on regional security and joint military initiatives.
The pledge came during a meeting at Pakistan’s General Headquarters in Rawalpindi between Chief of Army Staff Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir and Bahrain’s National Guard Commander General Shaikh Mohammad Bin Isa Bin Salman Al Khalifa.
The two leaders discussed shared security concerns, strategies for deeper military cooperation, and ways to bolster bilateral defense partnerships.
Field Marshal Munir highlighted the longstanding brotherly relations between the two countries and reaffirmed Pakistan’s continued support across multiple sectors.
General Shaikh Mohammad praised the professionalism of the Pakistan Army and acknowledged its role in promoting peace and stability in the region.
