Malaysia Open House celebrates cultural diversity and innovation

Event showcases traditional heritage, financial advancements, and youth empowerment

KUALA LUMPUR (MNTV) — The Malaysia Open House Exhibition 2025, running until April 10, offers visitors an immersive experience celebrating the nation’s rich cultural diversity and economic potential. 

Organized under Malaysia’s Asean Chairmanship Finance Track, the event blends tradition and modernity through cultural performances, workshops, and educational talks.

Divided into three thematic zones, the exhibition caters to a wide range of interests.

Zone 1 highlights Malaysia’s vibrant cultural heritage, featuring traditional performances, local handicrafts, and an array of regional produce. 

This section aims to preserve and promote the nation’s unique traditions.

Zone 2 focuses on financial innovation, showcasing advancements such as cross-border QR payments and digital finance tools. 

It also explores Asean’s economic potential and Malaysia’s role as a regional economic leader.

Zone 3 emphasizes youth empowerment, providing visitors with opportunities to build essential skills, gain knowledge, and foster meaningful connections.

“This exhibition celebrates Malaysia’s diversity and untapped potential. It underscores the country’s cultural richness, economic strengths, and the aspirations of its youth,” said Noreen Zulkepli, the event’s organizer.
