Story of Guantanamo Detainee Abu Zubaydah
The Biden administration said it would allow a Guantanamo Bay detainee to testify in a letter about being mistreated by the CIA. In a Supreme Court filing Friday, the government said Abu Zubaydah can “send a declaration” to Polish investigators looking into allegations of torture at a CIA black site in their country. Acting Solicitor General Brian Fletcher told the court. Zubaydah’s letter may be redacted to conceal information that “could prejudice the security of the United States.” His lawyers have filed a complaint against Poland in Polish and European courts for its role in his treatment at that CIA black site. Zubaydah is seeking testimonies from James Elmer Mitchell and John Jessen, known as the architects of the CIA’s post-9/11 enhanced interrogation program. The U.S. government has denied that request. #CAMPDELTA #ABUZUBAYDAH #GITMO Courtesy: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9n-NRJtgE_I https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ytd64TVAwTs https://www.pbs.org/wgbh/frontline/?q=torture Muslim Network TV is the only channel through which America can discover its Muslim neighbors.
