Armed militiaman showed up in the name of protecting businesses. Among them was a 17-year-old Kyle Rittenhouse. He came from the neighboring state of Illinois. He brought an AR-15-style semiautomatic rifle. On August 25, he killed two white protesters killed and injured a third one.
